RocketRx: the care and the offer

A clear distinction between the free assessment and the cost of an approved medication order.

Product category
Generic sildenafil and tadalafil options
Published offer
Free consultation; medication and shipping quoted separately
Before enrollment
Self-pay. The help page says charges apply if treatment is approved and you choose to proceed.

A tablet-focused catalog

RocketRx's public catalog lists generic sildenafil and tadalafil, including a daily tadalafil option. The prescription still depends on clinical assessment; the availability of a product on the site does not establish that it is appropriate for a particular person. Read our medicine comparison guide for questions about schedules and health history. [RocketRx catalog]

The consultation and the order are different transactions

RocketRx's September 2026 help article says consultations are free and that insurance is not accepted or processed for medication orders. It describes the order as self-pay, covering prescribed medication and shipping, with pricing shown before completion. The article also says a charge occurs only if a prescriber approves treatment and the customer chooses to continue. These are provider-stated terms, not a checkout transaction we tested. [Billing policy]

This distinction matters when comparing a “free consultation” banner with a package that includes assessment and delivery. Free assessment does not mean free medication, and a shipping promotion should not be assumed to apply to every order. Confirm the actual quote and save the terms associated with your selection.

Look for the plan after approval

Ask how to contact the clinician about the medicine, whether subsequent reviews carry a fee and how refill requests are handled. Confirm what happens if the information supplied suggests an in-person examination or a treatment outside the site's catalog. A product list describes available offers, not a complete account of clinical follow-up.

Keep the proposed medication name, directions and billing interval together in your notes. Do not change a schedule because another retailer describes the same ingredient differently. Our follow-up guide can help explain an unsatisfactory response without making your own dose changes. This profile does not claim independent verification of RocketRx delivery speed, clinician response times or treatment outcomes.
